It´s a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran, Slovenia. We only rent the apartment on the first floor, which have aprox. 75m2, accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms (matrimonial beds 200x180cm). Apartment is equiped with air condition, satelite TV and wi-fi internet. There´s a fully equiped kitchen, with dishes and diswasher as well, large bathroom and a terace with sea view. There are four private parking spaces in front of the house. Price is for apartment on the first floor. Minimum stay is four nights. House is located in Strunjan natural park on a very quiet and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 700 meters uphill from the nearest secluded beach in preety Moon bay, or 1000 meters from a public beach in Strunjan near hotels Laguna and Svoboda. There are many hiking and cycling tracks arround the property, or you can take a walk to Piran, Izola or Portoroz nice coastal towns with many restaurants, shops and other activities. Strunjan is just 3km from Portoroz and Piran, 8km from Croatian border, 32km from Trieste, 39km from Lipica and 196 km from Venice.
We can arrange a boat trip (one or more days) from Portoroz to Venice Italy, Grado Italy or to Croatia. It takes half an hour by boat to Grado, two hours to Venice, one hour to Porec, one and a half hours to Rovinj and two hours to Brioni islands in Croatia. Please check the prices of boat trips in the pricelist.
It´s a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.
